Our tomini are typical of the area of Cuneo. Solely produced with cow milk, they are soft and with a sweet, slightly acidic taste. So they are perfect to be tasted as they are. There are also four different variations of this product: with parsley, with chili pepper, with walnuts and with truffle. This last one is often used to enrich first dishes or salads. For those who love extreme tastes, the variation with chili pepper is absolutely a delicious product.

CASTELMAGNO PDO CREAM AND TRUFFLE
The name of this product comes from the Castelmagno cheese which is produced with whole cow milk of Piemontese cattle fed up exclusively with fresh forage or hay from varied meadows or pasture lands. In particular cheese form cattle of a little town called Castelmagno (CN). From this gem, the king of Langhe is added, the white truffle, which gives an unforgettable taste to this cream. It is excellent on slices of bread and canapés for tasty appetizers and perfect as a condiment for rice and first dishes.
