SUNDRIED TOMATOES
Our sundried tomatoes are naturally sundried. The slow drying allows them to lose their water so to obtain little by little a strong flavour and the typical bright red colour. One of their most appreciate quality is the great consistency. They are worked and enriched with wine, spices and other flavours. Our sundried tomatoes are added to the highest quality olive oil, which enhances their flavour thanks to the low acidity which does not alter the taste. They are perfect not only as a starter, for example on slices of homemade bread, but also for pasta or other recipes, such as stuffed aubergines with tuna and sundried tomatoes, crepe with sundried tomatoes, courgettes and ricotta, rice with sundried tomatoes, spaghetti sundried tomatoes and anchovies. SUNDRIED TOMATO CREAM
A unique cream of delicious sundried tomatoes and spices with Mediterranean scents. It is an inimitable cream, perfect not only as an appetizer, on a homemade slice of bread, but also for first dishes or other recipes, such as aubergines with tuna, crepes, rice or spaghetti with this delicious cream and anchovies.

It is a delicious cream which combines the delicate taste of aubergines with the rich one of olives. They are excellent not only with meat, fish or vegetables but also with pasta. It is extraordinary with peppers and sundried tomatoes. Try it also on a slice of bread.

SLICED SPICY AUBERGINES
